This workstation was designed for a manufacturer of hydraulic and mechanical articulated arms and consists of a working area, a gravity roller for easy distribution of completed component and a Kanban shelf system for storage.

Specification for the Machine Frame:

  • Adjustable gravity roller conveyor – 700mm wide, 1550mm length.
  • Table top area for working – 1700 x 820mm – 22mm light gray particle board with
    plastic coating top.
  • Gallows construction with central lighting and powerstrips.
  • Two Kanban shelves with seven flanged-wheel tracks (600mm).
  • Additional extension table for extra work space.
