We have recently installed a new CNC Router to help make our manufacturing process more efficient, which is now up and running in our Basingstoke factory.
With a 3m x 2m bed, the router can work on plastics, metals and many other materials up to 25mm thickness, ideal for our numerous safety guard and workstation projects. We are already seeing the benefits of our latest investment, adding this larger capability in-house has allowed for a larger range of projects to be completed and has increased productivity through a more efficient use of time an materials.
The increased efficiency has also opened up new opportunities, with new clients finding us for custom worktops, panels and signage.
